Items Required for Classes

CS 101: Absolutely required is the Technology in Action 6/e textbook and the Myitlab access code. Strongly recommended is the Go! With Microsoft Office 2007 Introductory 3/e textbook. The training sessions covered in the Go! book are available on the Myitlab website, however you won't have access to that information while you take the Go! quizzes. So if you want a reference book while taking the quizzes, buy the Go! textbook. The bundled package of GO!, Technology in Action and the Myitlab access code is available in the bookstore.  The individual ISBNs are posted on the Cardinal Bookstore website: www.cardinalbookstore.com. The bundled items are cheaper than buying them individually.

CS 143: Starting Out with Java from Control Structures through Data Structures by Gaddis. ISBN: 0-321-42102-7

Math 96: Only a MyMathLab access code is required because the textbook is available on the website. For those who prefer a hardcopy textbook you may purchase Prealgebra 5/e by Martin-Gay. ISBN: 0-13-231951-9. You are welcome to use older editions of the book.

Math 97: Only a MyMathLab access code is required because the textbook is available on the website. For those who prefer a hardcopy textbook you may purchase Beginning & Intermediate Algebra 4/e by Martin-Gay. ISBN: 0-13-600732-5. You are welcome to use older editions of the book. A graphing calculator is strongly recommended.
